"Selections at breakfast on Sunday were regularly replenished but on Monday morning no one seemed to be tending the buffet and even though there was an hour left of the alloted time, the rolls and muffins were gone and only bagels left. Cereal was there but no milk until a man went into the kitchen alcove (he must be a regular there to know it was there) and brought out a gallon of milk. We had everything we needed but some families with children found little for them before the milk was produced."
